    A. Try using our quick search function at the top of each page to locate your product. If the product is no longer available it may be that product is no longer in stock. You also can contact our team to help you at customercare@sterxy.com.
  • Q.How can I choose to pay ?
    A. The following payment methods are accepted on Sterxy.com: American Express, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, MasterCard, JCB and PayPal. You can find additional Terms and Conditions for PayPal payments at www.paypal.com. (Sterxy.com is not responsible for the content of external websites). Please note that American Express will seek authorisation directly from the cardholder before authorising us to deliver orders to an address other than the billing address. All prices on Sterxy.com are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
  • Q. Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
    A. Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please contact our team at customercare@sterxy.com.
  • Q. How can I pay you through PayPal?
    A. When reaching the payment section of the checkout process, select the 'PayPal' payment option and input your registered PayPal e-mail address in the space provided. Once your order has been confirmed and you have received your order number and final total, you will be taken to the PayPal site to complete payment.
  • Q.When will I be charged?
    A. Payment is not taken until goods are dispatched. Please be advised that when an order is placed, we request pre-authorisation for the value of the order from your bank/card issuer to ensure that the funds are available. However, this remains simply a pre-authorisation request until the order is shipped, at which point we actually take payment. We have found that some card companies show the initial request and the later charge as two separate entries, please be assured that we only charge your card once and that any 'second' charge is only temporary and will shortly disappear.   • Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
    A. After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique transaction number. An e-mail will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and reference number for your package. Orders are shipped within three days after the order has been placed.
